Description:  Contractor management enhancement is a trending issue today in the EH&S arena.  Case studies will be presented to show how companies such as Lockheed Martin, Michelin, ZF Transmission, and Stevens Aviation made improvements to contractor management and employee training that saved time, money, and improved efficiency.  At focus will be a learning management platform and QR inspection program that can be completed using mobile devices.  The compliance platform utilizes and leverages quality systems and timely inspection reporting, resulting in enhanced productivity for organizations. Case studies will show how each organization increased safety certainty in complex multi-vendor and contractor environments.

Speaker Bio:  Don Snizaski, with Life and Safety Consultants, Inc. will be presenting case studies of the system that he’s developed, based on his experience as an OSHA compliance officer and safety consultant, to large industrial manufacturing and contractor organizations.  His company has been operating out of Greenville, SC since 1997 providing companies in the Upstate and beyond with expertise in environmental, health, and safety regulatory compliance, risk management, and comprehensive safety management systems.
