2024 Member Appreciation Meeting – Trenching Basics and Common Mistakes

Please join us on December 3rd, 2024 at Rock Bottom Restaurant and Brewery in Centennial (9627 E. County Line Road, Centennial, CO 80112) for our 2024 member appreciation meeting featuring an educational session on Trenching Basics and Common Mistakes presented by Connie Sperou.

Lunch will be provided and this event is free for members in good standing, but you must register to participate. Registration is capped at 55 people.

About the speaker:

Connie Sperou serves as a District Safety Trainer at National Trench Safety, bringing over 25 years of experience as a leader in construction safety. With more than two decades of experience as an OSHA instructor, Connie’s expertise spans general industry and construction, particularly in excavation safety, including shoreline projects. Her impressive portfolio includes contributions to high-profile projects like the Las Vegas Raiders Stadium, the Athos 450 Mega Watt Solar Field, projects at the Port of Long Beach, the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, and the MSG Las Vegas Sphere.

Having completed over 12,000 hours of safety training herself, Connie is highly qualified in delivering courses such as OSHA 10 and 30, excavation competent person, confined space, fall protection, and more. She is also certified to instruct in critical areas like CPR first aid, qualified rigger, and ATTSA flagger. Connie’s commitment to enhancing safety standards and educating others has cemented her reputation as a highly respected voice in the industry.
